These Terms govern your use of E&P Offers, including free site content and optional paid ad-free memberships.

Use of the Site

E&P Offers provides community-created valuations, guides, and tools for informational purposes. We try to keep information useful and current, but offers, game content, prices, and valuations can change or be incomplete. Use your own judgment before making purchase decisions.

Memberships

Ad-free membership is an optional subscription that removes advertising placements while you are signed in as an active member. Core offer valuations remain available without a paid membership.

Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Membership billing is processed by Stripe. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription cancellation through Stripe's billing portal. Unless a checkout page, receipt, or applicable law says otherwise, membership fees are billed on the displayed recurring schedule and are not automatically refunded for partial billing periods.

Accounts and Access

Member access is tied to the email and Stripe subscription used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may revoke or limit access if membership access is abused or used to interfere with the site.

Intellectual Property and Game Content

E&P Offers content, site design, copy, and community-created analysis are owned by E&P Offers or its contributors. Game images and game-related assets belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Small Giant Games.

No Warranties

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or that valuations will match your personal value, region, currency, roster, or in-game needs.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the site and membership features evolve. The updated date above shows when this page was last changed.
